I must say, a phenomenal first time experience. I was recommended to Kate by my mum as she used her to buy her house too. Firstly, the whole Eden team were great and so friendly. All of the admin before the process officially started was super smooth and the actual Eden online system is so easy to use. It’s so good that you can see all the tasks that you, the seller, the mortgage provider and the conveyancers have to do and you can see when they’re complete. It’s such a good system.
Kate was just amazing. From start to finish she answered all of my (sometimes very annoying) questions. She was so friendly. patient and extremely responsive. From the start she made me feel at such ease and provided such amazing support and expert advice whenever I needed it, and was always on top of my tasks - I never had to chase or push. Quite simply, she made the process extremely stress free for me. I can’t recommend her enough. Expert service!
